Due to the high demand of our schedules, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice in the event a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment. An individual will be considered a no-show fifteen 15 minutes after the start of their appointment. Please be sure to arrive at least five 5 minutes before your scheduled start time and no greater than fifteen 15 minutes before unless otherwise communicated with your service provider.
