The new spot, which will be on 11 Mile near Greenfield, will feature a 7, square foot outdoor yard, which will include an area specifically for small dogs. There will also be a 6, square foot indoor yard for off-leash play. For the people, there will be an indoor facility with a full bar that will serve beer, craft cocktails, wine, coffee service and other nonalcoholic drinks.
It will also have Wi-Fi and televisions, along with events, such as movie nights, trivia, dog yoga, puppy training classes, and more. Dogs must be at least six months and up-to-date on several shots and vaccinations to play in the yard. Those with a membership at Barkside Detroit can use it at the new Southfield location.
