The therapeutic massage program trains you for success in a rapidly growing and dynamic profession. The curriculum is hours of classroom and clinical training. Part-time night classes are 13 - 14 months in length. Our full-time day classes are 9 - 10 months in length. You may be eligible for scholarships when taking this training program. How Long is the Therapeutic Massage Program? What are the requirements to enter the program? What do you learn as a student in the program? Professional Therapeutic Massage Program The program consists of hours of training, more than the minimum state requirement. A broad introduction of Spa techniques will also be covered, as well as Chair Massage, Sports Massage, stretching and energy work.
Module II: Clinical Massage Therapy - will focus on how to treat more specific concerns by focusing on specific parts of the body, injuries, and various pathologies commonly treated with therapeutic massage. Clinical and medical applications will be introduced along with in-depth coverage of Deep Tissue and Neuromuscular techniques. Student Clinic β at the end of each Module, students will participate in clinic, which will provide each student with real life experience working with the public.
