Your membership supports the ongoing activities, mission and advocacy of the WSPC, which is dedicated to growing the sport and facilities for pickleball in Western Colorado.
Membership is for one year from date joined. There are TWO 2 ways you can join or renew. Scroll to the bottom of the page and fill out the online form. OR you can print out one of the appropriate forms below and mail the form with a check to the address listed on the form :. By filling out this form, you confirm that you wish to be a member of the Western Slope Pickleball Club, participate in club events, receive communications from the club, and volunteer when possible to assist with club activities.
You also agree to the waiver:. I hereby Release and discharge the Western Slope Pickleball Club, and its board of directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and sponsors, from any and all causes of action, claims and demands for property damage, monetary losses, medical expenses, personal injuries or death resulting from or in any way related to my participation in the Club activity in which I am hereby signing up for and participating.
If a child of mine is also participating in the activity, this waiver and release also applies to any such claims my child might have.
