In this role, you will oversee daily operations , strategic planning and technical projects of our Analytical Lab in Burnet, TX. In line with our PACE values, you will collaborate cross-functionally with technicians, scientists, engineers, leadership, sales, marketing and global technical teams to provide high quality, reliable data to the manufacturing team and other stakeholders. What You'll Do: Ensure lab has the proper resources and processes to report data accurately and timely to meet factory production schedules Instill safety culture in team to meet goal of zero recordable injuries.
Recruit and hire new team members. Provide feedback, mentor and develop team members to help them meet their career goals. Provide training and training plans for team members. Work with Quality team to ensure all quality best practices are being implemented.
Meet instrument uptime goals by ensuring we have the necessary trouble shooting skills, we provide timely maintenance, and PMs are completed on time.
