Where are you going to get a Grand national for 10k lol? Sign me up for I'd think any of the below cars could be found in relatively decent shape for under 10K.

Never been a Camaro or Firebird guy but for collectability there may be a good bet. Pontiac Solstice, Saturn Sky, Mustang, etc Grand National as in Buick? Not sure if I've seen one in a decade.
