We do not control, and are not responsible for, the policies and practices of the Event Organization, or the conduct of other users or participants which the Event Organization gives access to our Site, with respect to their handling of your information and Content.
Your Profile Information is stored on a permanent profile on our Site that can be used by you to register for future race Events on RunSignup. We store this information to be able to better interact with you when you use our site, including providing support to you and to be able to keep track of Events you have signed up for and any related results. For instance, we may only ask for your name and email address to confirm your ticket purchase or the Event Organization may ask for additional information such as information for individual ticket holders if they need this information to properly manage the Event.
Information about Ticket Purchasers is not shown in publicly available listings on the Site. You should not share your login credentials with third parties. We will collect credit card information from you at the time of the transaction for the purpose of completing transactions to register for Events.
