I have had OTC allowed many times, but not allowed more often at mostly legit places. Visited one place and the lady would not help, but actually encouraged DYI. She allowed OTC and even moved to the left side of the table without me asking, because I preferred to use my right hand for the HJ.
Near the end, I got my hand under her top and she was okay with it. She did not allow inside the bra when I tried. I might try a second time, but if it is still no, I quit and just enjoy the massage.
