JOB SUMMARY: Welcomes VIP guests and offers a variety of services which include registration and assignments of guest rooms, posting of guest room charges and collection of payments on guest room accounts, assistance in handling reservations, mail and messages, and information by performing the following duties.
Must present a well-groomed appearance. Ability to perform basic arithmetic including the use of percentages. Must interact with guests and other team members in a courteous, empathetic, and discreet manner.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
