Core Competencies:. Basic duties include performing employee scheduling and capacity planning, budgeting, and inventory purchasing. Drive overall sales by utilizing data and metrics to strategize with Store Managers and to set sales goals for the stores and the entire network. Hold employees accountable to those sales goals and enforce company policies and procedures. Respond to staffing needs and perform HR duties as required.
Perform Store Manager role when required. Candidates are required to have their own not public means of transportation and must have a manageable commute.
