At a glance, it's easy to pass for a certain desirable stereotype. You can quote or channel despite any number of perceived imperfections. I take male attention for granted too. I think of this scene in "Six Feet Under" when Kathy Bates shoplifts a scarf, saying something like, "Women our age are invisible, we may as well capitalize on it. We'll see! She used to but up the most beautiful pictures of people, mostly naked, and it always amazed me how similar how choice in music and books were.
