Each location is independently owned and operated. All session times includes up to 10 minutes of consultation and dressing, which occurs pre and post service. Rating 1. I booked a one hour massage at the Temecula location. The therapist brought me back late and ended the massage early. Making the massage 46 minutes. I booked a deep massage and it was definitely a light pressure massage. I did politely mention to her that she shouldn't worry about "hurting me" because I prefer a deep pressure massage.
I did not want to be rude. I left with the same pain in the area I mentioned was bothering me my neck and shoulders on my right. She spent most of the appointment rubbing my back with flat palms like you do when trying to soothe a child to sleep and rubbing my left side of my neck. Rating 4. Rating 5. Katie was amazing! She worked out the knots in my shoulders and back. I was able to unwind and relax. I have had nothing but good service.
