Two questions: Bring people across the border Is there a specific place that you're supposed to make bus stops or do you have to use passenger stations? Transporting people: Is there a specific place that the people you're supposed to transport is supposed to be transported from?

I struggled with this more than I should have. I found this thread and I wanted to help anyone else who got stuck like me. I was trying to ferry people through the town of Lucerne to get them to the 3rd meeting location in the mountains. I'm sure I messed something up doing that, but I could not get people to use the multiple-connections route up to the mountains. I could not unlock this until I had a bus route connected directly no other stops from the Lucerne train station to the Secret meeting place 3.
Make sure the house Zalyn mentions is actually connect to the road. I keep forgetting that close by isn't close enough unless it has a path to the road.
