Physical, psychological, emotional, financial, and verbal abuse should all be taken very seriously. A safety plan is a personalized, practical plan that includes ways to remain safe while in a relationship or after you leave. Safety planning can help you cope with emotions and gives you the tools to tell friends and family about the abuse.
To provide direct services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault; to educate the community regarding violence against women, children, and men; to prevent the cycle of violence. These trainings provide education on serving survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence.
