During this pandemic, Angel Helping Hands is an essential service and still providing care to our current clients as well as accepting new applications. Our care providers are required to wear masks when social distancing cannot be maintained. Frequent hand washing protocols are in place, as well as a requirement to notify us if they encounter anyone who exhibits symptoms that may indicate possible exposure, or should a care provider exhibit symptoms.
If this is the case, the care provider and Angel Helping Hands will follow recommended practices as provided by BC Health. We are committed to taking the time to get to know each client and their family so that we can work together to meet their specific needs. We give great consideration when matching a client and caregiver because the foundation of this partnership is trust.
