Atlanta has laws prohibiting workplace discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation. Furthermore, a court ruling found that firing someone based on gender identity was unconstitutional.
The state and city are making progress. And what a city to visit. With its tree canopy, Atlanta is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Culturally, Atlanta is one of the cradles of music. It was home to southern rock in the 70s as well as the punk genre.
