Toward the back of the house is a casual living space and flat-screen TV. A washer and dryer are ideal for extended stays, and a full bath is conveniently located for sleeping sofa guests. From this room, there is access to the deck with rocking chairs and a courtyard with a large seating areaβthe perfect spot for spending an evening sipping wine and recounting the day with loved ones.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and en suite bath. Across the hall, through the game parlor and writing room, is the second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a third with a Twin and Trundle.
What is parking like for this home? Parking is on-street and non-metered, and it is first come, first served. Guests do not typically have trouble finding parking in this part of town. Guests are encouraged to keep note of the posted Sweep Zone signs. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information. I selected this property because it had room for all of us-bride, mother of bride, mother of groom, bridesmaids and bridesman.
It was very spacious and had a wonderful inviting patio out back. It was pet friendly. The kitchen was a little on the small side but the rest of the home made up for it. Will definitely stay at this location again!! Also, quiet street and friendly neighbors. We were there with 2 other couples. The house was as described. Very easy access to all the attractions of the area. The house was very clean and a lot of room.
