I went in for a root touch up, trim and to thin out my thick hair. Heidi was attentive and asked questions throughout the process making sure I was comfortable and everything was going ok. She gave a great mini head massage when she was finishing the color and the wash and conditioning process was amazing! It was like a mini spa treatment for my head! All other stylists were very welcoming when I stepped foot in the door, as well as the receptionist up front. Rose has been my hair stylist for more than a decade.
