This was my first visit at Aroma Day Spa and I was very impressed. I booked a foot reflexology massage and a prenatal massage. I was extremely impressed with the open, relaxing feel when I walked in. I was greeted with a smile and immediately taken to my private room. I was offered hot tea and fruit, which was such a nice touch.
The foot massage and prenatal massage were out of this world - so relaxing!! They used hot towels for both and my goodness I was in heaven. I was offered a robe at the end of my second treatment, which would have been better if I was given it at the beginning :.
The classic facial was really relaxing. Loved the facial massage. Lovely and relaxing experience. My wax was very fast. Anya is amazing! I had an amazing experience at Shangri-la spa - the massage was so relaxing, it was better than a sloth nap!
The customer service team was also very helpful, although my initial appointment got canceled the day before. Fortunately, I had to settle for a minute back walking and body massage instead of the luxurious 90 minutes of tabel shower that I had initially planned. Awesome massage and Mary was super friendly. The property has a relaxing and healing vibe so the experience starts as soon as you pull in.
