Police said while the officers were trying to make the arrests, a third person — year-old Cantrell James Miller — "drove in the direction of the officers while revving the engine as if he was going to run over the officers. By that time, other officers began arriving to assist and Miller "drove around the parking lot attempting to evade the officers.
Mullen is charged with one count of assault against a public servant and one count of resisting arrest. Arce is charged with two counts of aggravated assault against a public servant and one count of resisting arrest. Seven years ago , he was on the most wanted list, with four outstanding felony warrants and an outstanding misdemeanor warrant at the time of his arrest.
He was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance under four grams, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Then, in , it was aggravated assault against a public servant, tampering with evidence with intent to impair, and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.
