Gina: They started their journey with a mimosa toast, saying "Our wish has been granted! Jesse Palmer welcomed the women to their new home and explained how the week would work. So there would be two group dates and one 1-on-1 date which goes to Alexe who got the first impression rose. Jesse said that the first date started right away, and left the date card behind.
They all met Grant at an indoor basketball court and hugged his sweaty body. A big group of kids joined the ladies on their date.
Grant said that he wanted to one day take his whole family to play basketball so he wanted to see the women in action. One of the kids got winded and Natalie helped her do some breathing exercises to help her. She figured if she wasn't great at basketball, she could at least get some bonus points for her skills with kids. Gina: This was such a sweet moment and I am betting Grant took notice! They had a slam dunk contest and Zoe said that she was going to forfeit her shot and steal Grant for a few minutes.
Zoe said she wanted to "shoot her shot. The kids especially. They hardly got to play! But, then Jesse showed up and told them all to get ready for the "big game. Gina: Not gonna lie, the kids saying "We need to get this show on the road! They know what's up. The women suited up and prepared to fight for Grant's heart. There was a marching band and plenty of spectators to cheer everyone on. Sports Anchor Ashley Brewer joined Jesse to do some play-by-play.
Team Purple beat Team Yellow, but one of the grosser parts of the game was Zoe losing three of her fake nails. Alli Jo shoved Zoe and I think that no one minded, except for Grant who noticed that things were getting rough! Grant named Chloie the MVP and she kissed him in front of the entire crowd. Gina: Jesse saying during the game that "the point of basketball is getting the ball in the hoop" made me giggle.
