The hotel is a short walk uphill from the Samedan train station. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel staff arranged for a breakfast box to be prepared for us for one morning where we had to leave early. About 10 minutes walk from the train station up the hill in the middle of the village.
Close to the post office where buses go to the other villages and towns in the valleys like St. In Samedan all four train lines come together, St. Moritz, Bernina, Albula and lower Engadin. Ideal to explore the gorgeous region.
Very quiet village. Very good breakfast buffet. The mother of the owner bakes the Zopf bread on Sundays. The owners are at the reception and they really take care of their customers. The rooms were recently redone and the beds were very comfortable.
Conveniently located opposite the train and bus station in Samedan and less than 10 minutes from St Moritz. Cheaper than St Moritz and a charming little hotel, excellent friendly and helpful staff, quiet and comfortable rooms due to good double glazed windows, very good restaurant downstairs, very nice buffet breakfast.
