A months-long investigation by Bryan and Houston Police put five women behind bars, charged with prostitution and operating a massage establishment without a license. The investigation began last summer when a man says his masseuse attempted to perform an unwelcome sex act during the course of his massage at Chi Massage on Texas Avenue.
He refused and reported the incident to Bryan Police. The massage parlors involved are all in Bryan - Chi Massage on S. The investigation discovered the businesses were not licensed by the state.
Xin Gao, Xiuqin Liu and Yifeng Zhang are all charged with operating a massage establishment without a license. The massage parlors were advertising on both Craigslist and Backpage, soliciting customers. Undercover officers brought recording devices in the room with them and in several instances, the women were caught on camera agreeing to the illegal transaction. Skip to content. Election Results.
