Your daily doing will involve Support and development of existing key customers Strategic building of long-term customer relationships Identification of growth opportunities and cross-selling possibilities Supporting our customers with the implementation of our solutions Working closely with the sales and product teams to improve the customer offering Creating and implementing account strategies to increase sales Attending trade fairs and events to acquire and maintain customers.
Your profile At least 2 years of professional experience in account management or B2B sales Experience with CRM systems MS Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP Technical understanding of SaaS solutions and their implementation Professional and confident appearance in customer communication High level of self-motivation and independent working style German and English spoken and written with business fluency.
