Sellers submit their aircraft listings, and AirSpace Auctions Cockpit Concierge representatives work directly with owners to set a reserve and create comprehensive documentation of the aircraft in the Virtual Data Room before marketing and auctioning the aircraft.
Buyers can browse the listings and place bids on the aircraft they are interested in. The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the aircraft. All aircraft are premium and airworthy. Aircraft auctioned on AirSpace span many classes including but not limited to fixed wing, piston, jet, helicopter, unmanned, and transport class.
Once registered, you can place bids on the aircraft you are registered for. Registrations are aircraft specific. The winner and seller are automatically connected through a third-party escrow company for a secure transaction. So long as you have registered with a government-issued ID, and paid a deposit with valid credit card or ACH, you can bid from anywhere.
We will notify you via email and you may log into your account to check on your status and bid history. For aircraft that do not meet reserve, the sellers Cockpit Concierge will contact the highest bidders upon close of the auction as they have won the opportunity to purchase the aircraft. From there, we will assist in negotiations to work out a deal. All bids submitted are legally binding.
We encourage all potential bidders to inspect an aircraft prior to placing a bid. Yes, the buyers premium will be announced in the listing of each auction prior to the opening of the auction.
