Cuyler attended Bismarck public schools and graduated from Bismarck High School in He spent most of his youth in boy scouts and earned his Eagle Scout Award in Cuyler spent most of his adult life working as an electrician and was currently employed by Rafter Electric with Local , an employer which he really enjoyed and took so much pride in.
Cuyler loved life. He was a kind, respectful man who loved his family, friends, fishing with his son, hunting, motorcycle rides on his Harley, boating with his kids, and being outdoors.
