At Isabella Spa-Salon, your appointment is very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. We respectfully request that you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding! If you are late to your appointment time, we may have to adjust your service time as to not affect our other scheduled guests. This appointment would be full price. We ask that all clients with spa services have a credit card on file to our cancellation, no-show and late policies.
