For medical issues that do not require immediate attention, San Ysidro Health has two urgent care locations in Chula Vista. Click here for more information about our Urgent Care locations. We are not a free clinic. If you have government-issued medical insurance, such as Medi-Cal, you may qualify for medical care at no cost to you. If you do not have government-issued medical insurance, you can apply for our affordable sliding scale fee discount program or request a self-pay payment plan.
If you experience a life-threatening medical emergency at any time of day or night, please call for emergency medical assistance. If your issue is non-life-threatening and you are a registered patient that needs help after our normal hours of operation, please call San Ysidro Health has an after-hours call system and you will be connected to a medical professional for help and guidance.
San Ysidro Health also offers evening and weekend hours at some locations to better meet your health care needs. Although we accept Medi-Cal, Medicare, and other health plans, we also offer self-pay options for all registered patients. Regardless of your ability to pay, we can offer a discount program or payment plan that meets your needs.
