All application fees are non-refundable. The fee or approved waiver must be completed at time of application. Fees are not refunded for any reason and are not applied to any other costs of attendance. Applicants to UNC with previous suspensions or felony convictions are subject to additional evaluation as part of the admission process. Applicants with felony conviction s are advised to contact the relevant academic department s for specific limitations. Colorado ASSET allows qualified undocumented students to pay in-state tuition to attend any Colorado college or university.
UNC students will be given a 9-digit personal identifier referred to as a Bear Number. Bear Numbers are used for identification purposes for a number of reasons on campus. In compliance with C. Individuals providing false information are subject to penalty of law and disenrollment.
Students will not receive transfer credit for courses previously taken at international institutions unless the transcripts have been evaluated. All domestic first-year, transfer, and second bachelor students studying in a Greeley campus program are required to submit an enrollment confirmation deposit to hold their space.
Deposit waivers are available based upon approved need-based financial aid criteria or select program affiliation. Waivers are requested at the time of confirmation via the decision reply form. Students looking to save their space can access this form via their admitted student checklist in the student admissions portal. Current employees should email admissions unco.
An enrollment deposit refund may be requested by emailing admissions unco. Refund requests received after the date outlined below will not be approved. Students can request their admission be deferred one time for up to one year 3 semesters for extenuating circumstances including military service, humanitarian efforts, religious services or personal matters.
