We are looking for an Underground Construction Operator to join our growing team. The Operator will be responsible for safely operating many types of construction equipment to dig around existing utilities.

The Directional Bore Operator will be responsible for operating the directional drill. They will set up and complete the drilling of variable-sized underground holes and pull back the required conduit. They will work with an Outside Plant Project Manager and Locators to complete job requirements from start to finish on outside plant projects including digging boring pit, directional boring, pulling back of conduit, splicing of conduit sections, pulling giber through conduit, setting hand holes, backfilling, and seeding, core drilling, and potholing.
Our operating unit provides telecom construction services, and we are looking for an Area Manager to join our team. The Area Manager ensures that operational, financial, and customer service goals are set and met for the location. They are responsible for managing and coordinating activities across teams, including field technicians, construction crews, and support staff, to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
