He was very patient with us and helped us find our dream couch. He made us feel comfortable when talking with him even moved the full couch about to the way we wanted so we could see it on display! The furniture items we examined and tested were almost exactly what we were looking for, with a couple of items of interest and one set in particular that made for a successful visit. As we had some exacting requirements the agent made sure that any questions we had were answered and gave us time and space to discuss what we saw and make our decision. Very happy with the service at the Drumchapel store Marcus bthe adviser was very knolagable, and through my time in the store he did not overwhelm me gave me space and helped when required there was a Easter offer on my sofa and I got the sale price ehe also advised me of the aftercare service, I can't wait for my sofa to be delivered 5 stars from me.
