About p. Friday, city officers found year-old Douglas D. Jones in the block of South P Street, "lying in the street, bleeding and unconscious," according to a news release from the Richmond Police Department.
Jones suffered a stab wound," the release said. More: Richmond man sentenced to 60 years in stabbing case. Police investigators conducted a "thorough search" of a nearby home and interviewed witnesses.
