We strongly encourage everyone to apply as early as possible. Experience has shown that an early application and admission dramatically increases your chances for starting and studying the MPP successfully, as you will have time for the visa application, for finding means of financing, etc. Priority Deadline for all applications strongly recommended. For the applications submitted before this date, the decision will usually be announced in March or early April. The MPP program officially begins each year on October 1st whereas the lecture period starts in mid-October.
