Three people have died and four have been left seriously injured after a knife attack at a festival in Germany. Armed police swarmed the streets of Solingen as they launched a desperate manhunt for the killer who struck at 9. The usually quiet Fronhof central square was packed for the Festival of Diversity in the city which lies just a few miles from Dusseldorf.
