Yes, you are free to come and go from the festival with a valid wristband. Wristbands are required for re-entry. Click here to see our Code of Conduct.
Your wristband is both your ticket and your digital wallet. Double tap your wristband to pay for food, beverages, and merch. All ticket-holders will be provided instructions on how to register wristbands, attach payment, and load funds. For those with cash or debit, you can load those funds onto your wristband by visiting our top-up banks inside the festival grounds.
View the event on Showpass for information on all ticket types. Tickets are non-refundable, but you may be able to exchange tickets for alternate dates or a different ticket type, if there is availability. For instructions on how to exchange tickets, head to Showpass and follow these steps. If tickets were not purchased directly from Showpass ,we cannot verify them. If you bought from a reseller, the original purchaser must transfer the ticket to your name via Showpass. If ticket is not in your name, we cannot verify that the ticket belongs to you and cannot provide wristband to access the festival.
For your own safety and reassurance, always purchase tickets directly from our official website. If you bought your ticket but need to change your address, reach out to support showpass. Include your ticket information and details of your address change. Children 5 years and younger do not require a ticket for General Admission with a ticket holding adult.
Limited 2 children per ticketed adult. After August 1, wristbands will be mailed to the address in your Showpass account. If they are, you do not need to do anything more. If you need to update your address, email info showpass.
