A new and experienced Principal is at the helm and excited for what looks to be an incredibly promising future. This is a full-time, sleeves rolled-up, exciting opportunity for a can-do, gregarious, and highly organised individual to make this role their own. It is a high profile role working directly with the Principal and Chief Operating Officer COO , providing all levels of administrative support. There will often be a requirement to liaise with students, parents, external individuals or organisations so attitude and presentation is imperative.
Above all else there is a need for you to be organised and have the ability to prioritise and plan your work time effectively. You must be highly computer literate and always looking to embrace new technologies to work more effectively and efficiently.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you must be able to interface directly with an incredibly varied range of stakeholders working flexibly and responsively. It is a requirement of the role that you have an excellent command of written and spoken English. This is a busy role and you will need to be resilient and positive; be able to work under pressure and have a proven record of dealing with confidential information. In summary, you will be comfortable working under your own initiative in a proactive manner to meet intent, providing suggestions, helping others to overcome challenges, and taking real pride in the tangible benefits you will help deliver for our special community.
This is a non-sponsored hire so there are no remuneration benefits in addition to salary other than a very modest transportation allowance.
