While every massage at Elements Massage studio is tailored to be a unique one of a kind experience, you can now customize the level of skill with an elite or master massage therapist based on your specific needs and wellness goals.
Each level requires a mastery of the craft along with additional training, education and development to enhance their skills. Experience levels vary by studio. Level 1: Light pressure massage for relaxation and stress reduction. Level 2: Light to medium firm pressure massage for relaxation and stress reduction with no specific trigger point knots.
Level 3: Medium to deep pressure massage to specific muscle layers including some trigger point techniques which are used to penetrate layers of muscle to relieve pain and release any knots and tension.
Level 4: Very deep pressure massage addressing the deepest layers of musculature including intensive trigger point work on highly localized knots and areas of tension. Angelo's focus is therapeutic relief, a light to firm touch and using a variety of techniques. She is certified in Aroma Ritual and Herbal Ritual enhancements. Ben is passionate about helping clients find relief and relaxation through massage. He focuses on providing a well rounded session curated for the clients' needs.
Brian provides deeper pressure massage, allowing for release and relaxation of chronic tension. Brian brings over 20 years of experience and knowledge to assist clients on their path to wellness. Cindy specializes in deep pressure and trigger point massage to target problem areas and provide effective pain relief.
